To be eligible to register and maintain an account with e98nn, you must at all times meet the following requirements:
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. e98nn employs robust age-verification measures. Any User found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
e98nn reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created erroneously, you must contact support immediately.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You must notify e98nn promptly of any material change to your registered details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. e98nn accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain account security.
All accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. The operator may require verification at any stage — including at registration, upon first deposit or prior to the processing of a bonus. Accepted identity documents include government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address not older than three months. Processing timelines for KYC reviews are defined in the cashier section and may vary.
All deposits made to an e98nn account must originate from a payment method legally and beneficially owned by the registered account holder. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Deposits made using payment instruments owned by a third party may be declined or reversed, and the associated account may be suspended.
Available deposit methods are listed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are specified within the cashier. The Platform may display reference to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references to methods Pakistani users may recognise. Availability of any specific payment method must be verified directly in the cashier. No endorsement of gambling by any payment provider is implied.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are defined in the cashier. Where a payment instrument operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the payment processor or issuing bank may affect the final credited or debited amount. e98nn accepts no responsibility for currency conversion costs or losses.
Depositing funds constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Funds deposited into your e98nn account wallet may only be used for wagering on the Platform's Services. Deposits are not held in trust and are not protected in the event of operator insolvency except to the extent required under applicable licensing conditions.
e98nn may offer a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome offers, deposit-match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions and loyalty reward credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement these Terms.
e98nn employs algorithmic and manual monitoring to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to complete wagering requirements, and using wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the operator reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account and permanently bar the User from future promotional eligibility.
All bonus figures referenced on the e98nn Platform are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live active promotions in your account. Always verify current promotion terms in your account dashboard or by contacting support before depositing with the expectation of receiving a specific bonus.
Specific rules governing individual betting markets, casino games, live-dealer games, slot titles and esports markets are set out in the relevant product-specific rule sets accessible within the platform. These product rules form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence with respect to the relevant product only.
All bets are accepted subject to e98nn's sports-betting rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Bets on cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and international T20 series — are subject to specific cricket-betting rules covering rain interruptions, abandoned matches, revised targets (DLS method), player withdrawal markets and live in-play settlement protocols. Bets placed on the outcome of a match subsequently declared void due to circumstances beyond the operator's control will be refunded at the original stake.
The outcome of all casino and live-dealer games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live-dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live studio action. Game RTP (Return to Player) figures are published within each game's information panel. e98nn does not guarantee that any individual User will achieve the published average RTP in any given session.
In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, game results or payouts — including but not limited to software malfunction, data feed error or human error — the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after a wager was settled. "Manifest error" means an obvious, glaring inaccuracy that a reasonable person would recognise as clearly incorrect.

The e98nn name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of any e98nn trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e98nn, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.
This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform; errors in odds, game results or payout calculations that are promptly corrected upon identification; unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain account security; actions of third-party payment providers; changes to applicable laws that affect your ability to use the Platform; or any other matter outside the operator's reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
e98nn processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected through the KYC process — including copies of government-issued identification such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport — will be processed solely for identity-verification, anti-money-laundering compliance and regulatory purposes, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to the limitations set out in the Privacy Policy and any overriding legal obligation (such as anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements). e98nn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made that adversely affects Users' rights, e98nn will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via in-platform notification or email, where contact details are held.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of the request.
e98nn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
Upon account closure due to a Terms breach, the operator reserves the right to withhold any bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits will be refunded where required by applicable law and subject to any applicable AML/fraud investigations. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, account action or application of these Terms, the User must first submit a formal complaint to e98nn's support team via the contact channel in Clause 17. Complaints will be acknowledged and reviewed in accordance with the operator's published complaints procedure. e98nn aims to respond to complaints within the timescale specified in the cashier or support documentation.
If a complaint is not resolved to the User's satisfaction through the internal process, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute that is not resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless overriding mandatory consumer-protection laws in the User's own jurisdiction require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause limits or prejudices any mandatory statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction which cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
